Krishnakali has trained extensively in all styles of Manipuri (Tandav, Lasya, Thang-Ta and Mridang playing under Smt. Poushali Chatterjee since 1994,

She has also received advanced training in Guruji's style from Guru Kalavati Devi and Guru Darshana Jahveri and in Thang-Ta ( Manipuri martial arts) - Ojha Ranjeet Chingtham.

With her 2 colleagues Debanjana Roy and Debanjali Biswas, she is the founder of the Production company - Mitradheya ( 2006- present).

For the past 23 years Krishnakali has been extensively performing Solo , Duet, and Group performances with her Gurus and Colleagues and has been actively involved in numerous Dance productions with her Gurus and for Mitradheya.
